I love this idea. I travel 80k miles a year so love the fact that I no longer have to worry about my laptop being left on the TSA conveyor belt (it happened to me once). Keep the ideas coming!

I have heard about these new checkpoint friendly bags. This is going to be a lifesaver... I hate the pressure of fumbling through the TSA line with a laptop, checkable liquids, all that METAL, and EVERYTHING! UGH! Looks like there's a place for it all... These checkpoint bags are gonna be huge. And if not, well I guess they'll just be my little secret to easy travel!

I have one of these, I love it and recommend it. Works exactly as promised (and I travel a lot), and is beautifully designed and constructed. I sometimes think I have tried every laptop bag in the world, but this may be the last one.

You still have to struggle by zipping the case on the other side. Just use a sleeve instead

There is still no guarantee that you won't have to remove the bag. also the zipper is hard to get closed

To the above 2 comments, as I mentioned above I have the bag, and have taken it through over a dozen checkpoints since I got it, without a hitch. I also googled some reviews and the reviewers had the same experience. As for the zipper, I haven't had any problem at all. Anyway, as I said, I am really happy with it, though I am sure it is not for everyone.
